Cancellation Policy for Queen Retreats

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and the retreat leader, allowing for flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our retreats.

1. Cancellation by Participant:

  • If a participant cancels 30 days or more before the start date of the retreat, a full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administration fee.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable, and eligible for future credit to Queen Retreats upon discretion of venue availability.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Retreat Leader Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that the retreat leader must cancel the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of their payment. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

3. Transfer of Registration:

Participants may request to transfer their registration to another individual. Approval for the transfer is at the discretion of the retreat leader and may be subject to a 10% transfer fee or other conditions.

4. Force Majeure:

In the case of unforeseeable events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future retreat or receive a full refund.
